- Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to the special nature of pet supplies (hygiene, safety and customization requirements), we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to the following situations:
Opened or used goods (such as food, medicine, pet beds and pads, etc.);
Order errors caused by the customer’s subjective reasons (such as choosing the wrong size or color);
The product has no quality issues, but the customer has changed their purchase intention.
Special offer items or clearance items in promotional activities. - Handling of exceptional cases
If the goods you receive have quality problems or are damaged during transportation, please provide the following materials to the customer service email [photoel@uupetstore.com] within 24 hours after signing for receipt:
Order number and problem description;
Clear photos or videos of damaged or defective goods;
Logistics waybill and packaging appearance photos.
We will verify and then provide you with an exchange or refund solution. - Precautions
Please confirm the size, functions and applicable pet types of the product detail page before placing an order.
It is recommended to record unboxing videos as evidence for disputes (especially for high-value goods).
